This large luxury property, consisting of a main villa and a cottage, can accommodate up to 20 people (please enquire for our special rates for 12 or 16 people). It has been recently renovated, combining the preservation of the original features, such us wooden beam ceilings, brick arches, with modern comforts, such as the spa and wellness area, the outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi corner (not heated), Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Main villa, 600 sq m. On the lower floor there is, for exclusive use, the wellness centre and the SPA, with a caldarium, a hot plunge bath used in Roman bath complexes. The centre also consists of a heated hydromassage, sauna, automatic Shiatsu massage bed, gym, a changing room, and a shower. Massages on request.
Ground floor: A large, paved area, originally the farmyard, leads into a lounge with characteristic terracotta tile flooring and stone walls, archways and a fireplace. From here one enters the main living room with a fireplace, Sat-TV, a large dining room with fireplace with access to the outdoor areas furnished for al fresco dining, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge with freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee maker, juicer, kettle, microwave, food mixer,

Splendid villa situated in a peaceful area in the heart of Tuscany, just 7 km from Montaione. Thanks to its scenic and quiet position, it is the ideal location for a relaxing holiday.
The villa is surrounded by a large, private garden, and thanks to its slightly elevated position enjoys a spectacular view over the surrounding countryside. The garden comprises a swimming pool (12x6 m, depth 115 cm, with a 9 sqm children's area 20 cm deep, open 1st May to 30th September) with a wide 145 sqm solarium and a hydromassage pool for 6 people and night illumination.
The spacious villa sleeps up to 9 guests and is on two floors. On the ground floor there is the entrance into a large living room with fire place, Sat TV and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen (5-hub stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, espresso moka and American coffee maker, kettle, toaster and more), and a toilet. Outdoors is a large veranda fully furnished with dining table and chairs as well as outdoor sofas and armchairs, perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying an aperitif whilst watching the sun set.
On the first floor there are 4 large bedrooms (2 double bedrooms with 140x200 cm beds and 2 twin bedrooms, in one of which an extra bed can be added) all with en-suite bathrooms.
