The garden comprises a swimming pool (12x6 m, depth 115 cm, with a 9 sqm children's area 20 cm deep, open 1st May to 30th September) with a wide 145 sqm solarium and a hydromassage pool for 6 people and night illumination.
The spacious villa sleeps up to 9 guests and is on two floors. On the ground floor there is the entrance into a large living room with fire place, Sat TV and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen (5-hub stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, espresso moka and American coffee maker, kettle, toaster and more), and a toilet. Outdoors is a large veranda fully furnished with dining table and chairs as well as outdoor sofas and armchairs, perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying an aperitif whilst watching the sun set.
On the first floor there are 4 large bedrooms (2 double bedrooms with 140x200 cm beds and 2 twin bedrooms, in one of which an extra bed can be added) all with en-suite bathrooms.
