These comfortable farmhouses for rent have recently been renovated and enjoy a peaceful location overlooking the valley. Both villas are on two floors and can comfortably accommodate 7 people. They each have the living room/kitchen area on the ground floor and on the second floor 4 bedrooms, of which two doubles, one twin (one villa has a bunk bed) and a single, as well as two bathrooms with shower. Both accommodations have a veranda. The houses have the back wall attached to another house but the property is fenced with its own private garden and a swimming pool for both villas with a children pool area. Also available to guests are a wood-burning oven, outside shower with hot water and changing room. Pets welcome.
These villas with pool in Tuscany are in a location called “Casanuova” (New House) with an old church that shrines a beautiful painted Madonna on wood dating back to the 16th century. In the area can also be found trekking trails and lakes for fishing. Florence is at about 60 km.
