Part of an old Tuscan farmhouse, this holiday accommodation is on the top of a hill and enjoys a striking view of the most beautiful side of Lucignano. The country house, 90 sqm, is on two floors connected by a wooden staircase. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and microwave oven, a storeroom and a large living room with fireplace. Also available a washing machine and Internet Wi Fi. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, one bedroom with twin beds, and a bathroom with shower. The farmhouse is surrounded by tall, thick hedges. This villa is on the top of a hill, surrounded by olive trees, and enjoys a striking view of the most beautiful side of Lucignano and of the Val di Chiana.
The house is divided into two separate large accommodations. The owners live in one half of the house with a dog and some cats; the couple owns a restaurant and for this reason will not disturb your holiday being busy and out of the way all day long. At guest’s disposal there is a large flat on the ground floor with an independent entrance (3-4 steps lead to it), and a garden with swimming pool (10x5 mt, open May-Sept, shared with the owners). The property is fenced and pets are welcome. The apartment, 100 sqm, has a lovely private furnished terrace for al fresco dining.
