The accommodation consists of a large villa of 460 sqm and a cottage of 110 sq m, and enjoys a breath-taking view over the valley. It is surrounded by a private garden with a beautiful swimming pool (12 x 4 m, depth 160 cm, open May-Sept, with outdoor shower) and an amazing Jacuzzi tub, all set in 40 hectares of private land, where guests can go for a walk or use the mountain bikes at their disposal.
The pergola of the main house is the perfect location for relaxing moments reading a book, sipping an excellent Chianti wine, or for al fresco dining.
The traditional architectural characteristics of the house – stone walls, wooden beams and arched ceilings – together with the colours and the Tuscan furniture bestow a warm and comfortable touch to your holiday. This charming holiday accommodation, which can accommodate up to 17 people, is located in the countryside of Montelupo Fiorentino, right on the outskirts of Florence. Surrounded by olive trees and age-old cypress trees, it consists of a villa and a cottage, which enjoy, from their unique hilltop position, a 360° breathtaking view over their Tuscan surroundings.
Originally built in the 11th century, the villa has undergone extensive and meticulous restoration. The result is that today this gorgeous villa enjoys all the latest modern facilities and comforts guests require for a memorable and truly unforgettable holiday. The villa consists of two separate flats, which are connected by a communicating door, and is rented together with the next-door cottage, a lovely renovated barn, with its own swimming pool.
Two swimming pools, in fact, are at guests’ disposal. An infinity swimming pool (11x7 metres open from May to the end of September) with a lovely Jacuzzi corner (2 metres large), from which one can enjoy a breathtaking view, and another pool (8X3, up to 1.40 m deep) next to the villa’s outdoor terrace, with hydromassage jets.

This beautiful villa is just one km from Montaione, a medieval village set in the heart of Tuscany, in a quiet, country area.
The holiday home is surrounded by a beautiful garden with swimming pool (12x6 m, open from the beginning of May to the end of September) and a large, comfy Jacuzzi. It consists of a main house measuring 240 sq m and a guesthouse of 40 sq m.
During the week, the owners offer a pizza dinner in the reception cottage facing the villa. Also available to clients are a kitchen garden and an orchard, where one can pick seasonal produce, games for children, a table tennis table and a barbecue. Clients can also book wine and olive oil tastings as well as a cook or a catering service. There are also three bikes to rent.
Distances: the village is within walking distance, as well as supermarkets (about 600-1000 m) and restaurants. Florence, Siena and Pisa are at about 55 km, while San Gimignano is only 20 km away and Volterra 29 km. Certainly a must is a visit to Certaldo and Colle Val d’Elsa.
