This villa with pool on the Etruscan Coast is located at 800 m from the charming medieval, hillside village of Sassetta, just 12 km from the beaches of Marina di Castagneto and 17km from Bolgheri, famous for its Sassicaia wine. The holiday home is at 500 m above sea level and is surrounded by a secular forest with about 700 sq. m. of private fenced park. The house can accommodate 8 people, plus other 5 on request. The villa, 160 sq. m., is on two floors and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with 2 very comfortable double divan beds, plus fireplace and Sat-TV, a dining room, a bathroom with washing machine and a veranda with barbecue on the ground floor. Stairs lead to the first floor where on the landing there are two divan beds, 3 double bedrooms (plus extra bed) with en-suite bathroom. Two double bedrooms share a balcony with a lovely view, whereas the landing has a French window leading out to a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. In the garden there is an outdoor shower next to the swimming pool (12x6, open middle May-Sept) which is shared with the other guest house on the property. This tiny, old hamlet is located in Pomaia, a medieval village on the hills of the Etruscan coast. The nearest beaches are in Castiglioncello (14 km) or Vada (16 km).
The holiday resort enjoys a beautiful view over the Tuscan countryside as well as over the Tuscan Archipelago. The resort consists of an old, completely renovated, colonial house, with apartments and a restaurant, and of other holiday homes in smaller buildings. This 17th-century farmhouse is at just 3 km from Pomarance, in the gorgeous Val di Cecina, a territory strategically set between the beach and the most important art cities. In an environment of many landscapes, from the agricultural countryside of Volterra (at 20 km) to the geothermal energy fields of Larderello (at 9 km), this farmstead has been renovated into 7 apartments. In respect of its past architecture and its surroundings, only original materials have been used.

The farm, which produces an excellent olive oil since the 60s (today certified organic olive oil), consists of two large stone farmhouses, converted into hospitable homes with all the modern comforts.
In the main house there are 4 apartments and a swimming pool (9x5 m, open June- September, shower area); and at 300 m there is the second stone house, with a large apartment on the first floor, with private garden and round swimming pool (7.5 m diameter, open June-September, shower area).
