The “podere”, an old farmhouse which has been recently refurbished, is located in a very quiet position at only 10 km from Volterra and 20 km from San Gimignano. There are two houses on the property and they both preserve the original structure, with stone walls, vaulted ceilings or wooden beam ceilings. The estate's huge olive grove surrounds the buildings. At guests’ disposal a swimming pool (12x5 m, open from the end of April to October), barbecues, washing machine, gazeboes, olive oil tasting sessions, car park.
