Located between Reggello and Figline Valdarno, these holiday accommodations are set within 300 hectares (over 740 acres) of land consisting mostly of woods and farmland. It is also a game reserve so it will be easy to meet various species of wild animals such as hares, pheasants and roe deer.
The estate has various buildings comprising holiday flats scattered on the property. A large common pool area features two swimming pools (open from May to the middle of Oct, 16x8 m, 140 cm h with salt-water and 12x6 m, 60 cm h) surrounded by deck chairs, sunbeds, garden parasols, and a small children’s area with sandbox and swing. This beautiful Baroque villa with swimming pool near Florence was built in the 17th century and is rich in history as the hills it is immersed in. The estate comprises the villa, two farmhouses and a charming little chapel, which have been lovingly and carefully restored to their original splendour by the owners. In respect of Tuscan farm holidays the apartments, of various sizes, have been renovated and furnished in the typical regional style. Situated either in the villa or adjoining farmhouses each apartment has its own private furnished outdoor space, garden or terrace, telephone and Sat-TV.
