It consists of a large dining-room with a fireplace, a well equipped kitchen, 2 living-rooms, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. This self-catering holiday home is surrounded by a large garden, ideal for relaxing and letting the children play, with a swimming pool. In front of the swimming pool there is a smaller building which acts as changing room having a bathroom with shower. Also available is a gazebo, which together will the trees, offers shade during the hotter summer days. One can enjoy picking and tasting the fruit from the various trees around the villa, according to season, such as peaches, apples, figs, blackberries and chestnuts. It is also possible to spot various animals, such as rabbits, pheasants, roe deer and crested porcupines, at sunrise and sunset. Pets accepted.
An ideal accommodation in Tuscany both for those who wish to spend a quiet holiday far from the madding crowd and for those who have cultural and art interests. In fact, day excursions are possible from here to Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena.

This is one of our best accommodations in Chianti and is located in the hamlet of Fabbrica, a medieval village founded by the noble families of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany. It sits on top of a hill overlooking a magnificent scenery of vineyards, olive groves and gently rolling hills surrounding the town of Volterra. This elegant holiday accommodation was built in the 19th century following the art nouveau style and has been carefully restored maintaining its original architecture. Furnished in extremely good taste, with genuine 18th century furniture and objets d’art, the villa is enriched with precious decorations, paintings and original vaulted ceilings. It’s an ideal villa with pool in Tuscany for a luxurious, relaxing holiday but also for visiting most Tuscan art centres.
The villa is 400 square meters and can comfortably accommodate up to 13 people. It is on two floors consisting of a fully equipped built-in kitchen, store room, living room with stone fireplace, big frescoed drawing room, dining room with a large crystal table, library, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
