In a central position between Pisa, Florence, Lucca and Siena, this holiday home is in an ideal position for visiting most of the art centres of Tuscany. Situated on the Pisan hills, near Volterra (20 km) and San Gimignano (30 km), with a wonderful view, this beautiful farmhouse is surrounded by the colours and peacefulness of the marvellous Tuscan countryside: softly rolling green hills, vineyards and olive groves. The estate consists of an old 18th century country house and a stone farmhouse, entirely renovated in respect of the traditional characteristics of the Tuscan style preserving the terracotta tile flooring and wooden beam ceilings. There are 8 self-catering apartments each with a private outdoor area.
The holiday farmhouse is surrounded by a large green park (about 7000 square mt) and has a private car park, a large room equipped with a Sat Tv, books, table games, and large table for joining at a dinner with Pizza or other delicious meals prepared by the owner, a big swimming pool (20x8 mt, open April-October, from 1,4 to 3,0 m depth) with Jacuzzi corner, table tennis, gazebos, where to enjoy the shade, barbecue and a children playground.
