On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a dining room, each with fireplace; on the first floor there is a living room with fireplace, four bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The central heating runs on the wood burnt in the 3 fireplaces. The villa is in a beautiful, fenced property and has a swimming pool (12x6mt, open middle May-Sept). Also available a wood-burning oven, ideal for cooking bread and pizza. Pets welcome.
