This estate consists of two holiday villas in Tuscany located at 5 km from the lovely medieval village of Firenzuola, built in the early 13th century as a second “little Florence”. These comfortable farmhouses for rent have recently been renovated and enjoy a peaceful location overlooking the valley. Both villas are on two floors and can comfortably accommodate 7 people. They each have the living room/kitchen area on the ground floor and on the second floor 4 bedrooms, of which two doubles, one twin (one villa has a bunk bed) and a single, as well as two bathrooms with shower. Both accommodations have a veranda. The houses have the back wall attached to another house but the property is fenced with its own private garden and a swimming pool for both villas with a children pool area. Also available to guests are a wood-burning oven, outside shower with hot water and changing room. Pets welcome.
These villas with pool in Tuscany are in a location called “Casanuova” (New House) with an old church that shrines a beautiful painted Madonna on wood dating back to the 16th century. The nearby village of Firenzuola hosts an interesting Stone Museum, shops, restaurants, tennis courts and on Mondays the typical Italian street market. In the area can also be found trekking trails and lakes for fishing. Florence is at about 60 km.
