This holiday home is at 4 km from the town of Vada and sea, immersed in the countryside, in a peaceful area far from the bustle. It consist of 3 apartments, all on ground floor with private covered terrace, and a large garden with swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, open from May 15th to Sep. 30th) for all the guests. On the property there is also a private car park, a laundry room and a barbecue. Internet Wi-Fi connection.

It is the perfect location for sea lovers, who can easily reach the beaches both by car (at 4.5 km) or by bicycle via the country roads through the plain. The position is also perfect for visiting Livorno (at 33 km), Pisa (50 km), Volterra (40 km), and the coastal villages all within a short distance.
