This beautiful country house is situated at about 1,4 km from the town centre of Monteverdi Marittimo (PI) and 18 km from the Costa degli Etruschi seaside, in a peaceful place ideal for a relaxing holiday. The villa (240
sqm) is immersed in an idyllic countryside, surrounded by olive trees, cypresses, fruit trees and kitchen gardens, enjoying a breathtaking view over the valley. In the large fenced garden is a swimming pool (10x5m; depth: 1,5 m) in a panoramic position, furnished with table, umbrellas, sun loungers and a shower.
This wonderful villa near the Etruscan coast is built in the typical Tuscan style, with wooden beam ceilings and lime painted plasters; it is elegantly furnished and offers guests all modern comforts. The large terrace (45 sqm) is a perfect place where to enjoy a glass of wine, admiring the spectacular view of the Tuscan countryside, reading a book, or for al fresco dining.
The villa is on two floors and can accommodate up to 12 people in large comfortable bedrooms, with possibility of adding 2 single beds to 2 different bedrooms.
Ground floor: large terrace, a full equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine), a dining room, a small library, 4 double bedrooms (of which one can be twin bedroom and they are air conditioned), all of them with en-suite bathroom fitted with shower, a comfortable living area which consists of 3 interconnected areas.

This villa with swimming pool on the Etruscan Coast is an ideal retreat for a quiet and pleasant vacation in the countryside.
