This lovely holiday home in Tuscany is within walking distance of the remarkably conserved medieval walled hill-top village of Lucignano, near Arezzo, famous for its unique elliptical shape and concentric streets. Part of an old Tuscan farmhouse, this holiday accommodation is on the top of a hill and enjoys a striking view of the most beautiful side of Lucignano. The country house, 90 sqm, is on two floors connected by a wooden staircase. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and microwave oven, a storeroom and a large living room with fireplace. Also available a washing machine. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, one bedroom with twin beds, and a bathroom with shower. The farmhouse is surrounded by tall, thick hedges. On one side of the holiday home is a garden leading to the swimming pool (10x5 mt), equipped with deckchairs, beach umbrellas and a shower. The swimming pool is to be shared with the owners (who are living in the other half of the villa).
This villa with pool near Lucignano is in an ideal position both for those wishing to spend a quiet and pleasant vacation in the countryside and for those who have cultural and art interests. Lucignano itself is to be visited, offering many quaint corners as well as shops and restaurants.
