The buildings, once property of marquis Bargagli, was originally built by the monks of Saint Galgano, and there is still a chapel on the grounds dedicated to their patron saint. In a quiet position on the top of a hill and with a breathtaking view over the surrounding countryside, these holiday accommodations near Asciano have been obtained from the restoration of both the Palace, in travertine stone, and a 16th century brick building with open gallery that delimits the estate’s court. The apartments, which can comfortably accommodate 4+2 people, are on the ground floor, 85 sqm distributed on two floors, or on the first floor. They consist of living room with divan bed and fireplace, dining area and kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In some apartments it is also possible to add a single bed on request. Each apartment has its own outside furnished area; a terrace for those on the first floor. The estate extends on an area of 18000 sqm surrounded by age-old olive trees and comprises two swimming pools of which one whirlpool.
