The smaller building, now completely restored, was in fact once used for drying the tobacco leaves. Today, only the external walls and some parts of the interior remain of the original building, due to extensive restoration in the 1970’s.
The Bed & Breakfast consists of three comfortable double bedrooms furnished with antiques, each with private bathroom and a spectacular view over the surrounding medieval castles, villages and countryside. Guests also have full use of shared rooms such as the library, the sitting rooms and the dining room. Outdoors guests can enjoy the swimming pool, the park, the orchard with an amazing view of Cortona and a garden with a panorama drifting from Montepulciano to Sinalunga and Monte San Savino.
The buffet breakfast is very rich. On request dinner can be prepared with traditional Tuscan dishes and guests will all be seated around the same table like traditionally the large Tuscan families used to, and still, do.

This quaint holiday accommodation in Tuscany is located near the beautiful medieval and Renaissance hill town of Montepulciano, known world-wide for its fabulous wine. And excellent wine is one of the products, together with olive oil, of this 20 hectare farming estate. This bed & breakfast is on two floors. On the ground floor is a common area consisting of a professionally equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area, a cosy corner in which to enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and watch TV. Outside a wooden gazebo is available for al fresco dining. There's also a toilet, and a fully equipped laundry and ironing room. On the first floor are 6 double bedrooms, of which 2 can be transformed into twin beds, and 7 bathrooms, all with shower except one with a bathtub.
Encircled by age-old trees and fields, the B&B has a garden with swimming pool, via a 150 mt walk through the trees, with outdoors cold water shower and a small outbuilding with a hot water shower, as well as a barbecue. Small pets welcome.
