It consists of living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with a single sofa bed and en-suite bathroom without bathtub or shower, a double bedroom with also a single bed, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, instead, there is a living room, a billiard room with also other games and a play room for children. Outside there is a pretty furnished covered yard with barbecue, perfect for al-fresco dining. The farmhouse is surrounded by a large park, completely enclosed, with a lovely lawn and age-old oaks and junipers. Near the house is a square yard with terracotta tile flooring and deck chairs perfect for sunbathing. Further off there is a carport for two cars and another shelter with a table tennis table. At the bottom of the park is also a bocce court.
