This luxury villa near San Gimignano, one of our best accommodations in Chianti, is located on the outskirts of the medieval hamlet of Vico D’Elsa, on the hills between Florence and Siena, facing San Gimignano. Originally a farmhouse dating back to the 17th century, the owners have carried out a scrupulous restoration and have restored the villa to its original splendour. An exceptionally charming accommodation, the villa is very spacious and bright with carefully furnished interiors where every smallest detail has been carefully studied. An incredible collection of antique furniture, Persian carpets, unique paintings and genuine Tuscan objects. Especially striking are also the open brick arches, the terracotta tile flooring, the wooden beam and mizzen ceilings. The villa is on 2 floors and can comfortably accommodate 10 people. It consists of a nice and elegant living room, a kitchen and a dining room, 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, 3 twin bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside the kitchen door is a wooden furnished porch where guests can enjoy al fresco dining. A large garden with private parking facilities surrounds the house, guaranteeing privacy. Tuff steps lead down to the swimming pool which is strategically positioned in a panoramic spot overlooking the surrounding countryside.

Chianti
