This villa with pool in Chianti is part of a farm estate located right in the heart of Tuscany’s Chianti wine area and enjoys a breathtaking view over the surrounding hills covered with olive groves, vineyards and woodland, at only 25 km southeast of Florence. Completely restored with antique and modern furniture, this self-catering villa can accommodate 10 people. It is on three floors. On the ground floor is a large kitchen with washing machine, considered the second kitchen. Outside stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a large kitchen, a very spacious living room with open fireplace, Sat-TV and CD player and stereo, a games room with pool table, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower/wc and a double bedroom with en-suite shower/washbasin (no Wc). On the second floor there is a large twin bedroom, a double bedroom, a bathroom with hydromassage shower and another twin bedroom which opens onto a big roof terrace with charming views over the countryside. The villa has a private garden, in front of which is another garden with shared swimming pool. The whole farm estate can accommodate a total of 19 guests. Pets welcome.
This Chianti accommodation offers a relaxing holiday as well as the possibility of visiting most Tuscan art centres such as Florence, Pisa and Siena as well as many medieval villages in the surroundings.
