This beautiful holiday villa in Chianti is located near the village of Londa (5 km), northeast of Florence at 520 mt above sea level, in a panoramic position on a hill overlooking the Sieve River. This independent house dates back to 1760 when it was built by the salvage from the demolition of Castle San Leonino. The self-catering holiday home is on two floors and can comfortably accommodate 8 people. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a dining room, each with fireplace; on the first floor there is a living room with fireplace, four bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The central heating runs on the wood burnt in the 3 fireplaces. The villa is in a beautiful, fenced property and has a swimming pool. Also available a wood-burning oven, ideal for cooking bread and pizza. Pets welcome.

Chianti

This is Tuscany’s most notorious region. It comprises the area bordering Florence in the north and Siena in the south.
