At guest's disposal a swimming pool (12x4, open from May to October, 160 cm deep) set in a position with view over the coast, terraced area, barbecue, table tennis table, wine and olive oil tasting, a washing machine, internet Wi-Fi connection, car park. During the high season the owner will be delighted to bake pizza for all guests, to be served at the swimming pool terrace.
At only 1,5 km, there is also the San Carlo Spa centre, where the mineral waters will provide guests with a healthy experience. Nearby, on the Apuan Alps, there are instead for the sports tourist many trekking routes.

On the ground floor there is a living room (sat TV) with a double and a single sofa bed, small kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, American coffee machine), private terrace.
On the second floor there is a double bedroom, with two additional single beds, en-suite bathroom with shower. Pets allowed.
