This stunning villa, which dates back to the 17th century, is located in Lunigiana, the northwest region of Tuscany, well known for its trekking routes, castles, and medieval villages. The town of Pontremoli is just 2,5 km away, and where you can find shops, restaurants, the Museum of Stele Statues situated in the 11th-century castle and lovely medieval buildings. From Pontremoli you can easy reach the Cinque Terre (54 km), Carrara (50 km), Pisa and Lucca (both at 90 km).
The villa enjoys a wonderful position and it is at just a few minutes from the “Stretti di Giaredo” (which is 2,5 km away) a natural canyon with clear water and a lot of swimming opportunities, which is still one of Pontremoli's best hidden secrets (guided excursions). At guest’s disposal there is an exclusive large swimming pool (16x8 m, open middle May- Sept) with a stunning view over the valley, a table tennis table and a barbecue. It is also possible to taste the owner’s wine and home-made products. Two bicycles are as well available.
