This luxury villa is located near the beautiful medieval village of Camaiore, only 9 km from the beaches of the Versilia Coast. The villa, 300 sq m, is on three floors and can accommodate up to 10 people. It has two entrances: one from the private road and one from the main garden. On the ground floor there is a 15 m long sitting room, with two distinct seating areas, one a television area with CDs and DVDs, and also a dining area with a table for 14. A wardrobe conceals a fridge-freezer. The sitting room leads out to the spacious front garden facing the coast and furnished for al-fresco dining.
On the first floor there is a dining room with a table for 8 and kitchenette equipped with oven, 2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, espresso coffee maker. A corridor leads to the bed/bathroom area where there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom fitted with shower. On the second floor there are two master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with both shower box and a bathtub with shower head. One of the bedrooms also has an en-suite dressing room. In the garden, at the main entrance, there is a guesthouse with a 5th bedroom (twin bedded) with en-suite bathroom fitted with shower. All 5 bedrooms have air-conditioning. At guests’ disposal also internet Wi-Fi, CD/DVD collection, washing machine, hair dryers. Included in the rent: daily maid service (3h/day for 6 days/week), change of towels on Wednesday, and (1h/day – 6 days/week) gardener/pool maintenance. Extras: private cook, chauffeur, excursions and transfers organization.
