Set on the hills separating the Val Di Chiana from the Senese area, this beautiful villa is surrounded by olive groves and woods. Recently renovated, so as to guarantee guests a pleasant and comfortable stay, the holiday home has been conceived following the regulations of positive environmental impact assessment: a ventilated roof, solar panels for hot water, a double water system for drinking water and rainwater recovery, a photovoltaic module to produce electricity for all needs such as air conditioning in summer and heating in winter. The villa is on two floors and consists of a large living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and toaster, furthermore a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower (suitable for the disabled), a room with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and a toilet, all on the ground floor. The kitchen leads outside to a beautiful veranda, for outdoor meals. On the first floor there are a double bedroom with bathroom and Jacuzzi bathtub, 2 rooms with twin beds and en suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Most famous Tuscan art centres are reachable but a special attention should be given to the surrounding medieval villages such as Lucignano, famous for its peculiar elliptical shape. The village offers a great deal to visitors, such as its small museum full of precious items and the beautiful 14th century church of San Francesco with the impressive Bartolo di Fredi’s frescoes, as well as good restaurants, shops.
