In a light windy place, so that it is pleasant to stay on the terrace during the sunny season, the holiday apartment is on 3 levels. The entrance is through a large terrace level (about 60 m2), from which one can enjoy a breathtaking view over the coast and the seaside. The sunset is magnificent. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and a double divan bed, a large kitchen with dining area, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an extra single divan bed and a bathroom with shower. Private car parking.
The beautiful area of Versilia faces the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea, in the north-west of Tuscany. The beaches are at only 9 km, and Pietrasanta, a wonderful little medieval village, where one can find a lot of art workshops and exhibitions, is only 8 km away. Lucca and Pisa are at just half an hour driving distance. In the village of Santa Lucia there is a restaurant, but the most important feature is its position. The village is, in fact, situated on top of a little hill facing the coast, so that the view is breathtaking.

This holiday accommodation is located in Montemarcello, a beautiful medieval village on a hill facing the Ligurian sea, right between Liguria and Northern Tuscany. On the first floor there are a double bedroom with wonderful view over Portovenere, an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a little balcony. A public car park is at 50 metres.
The village is famous for its fine restaurants, for the beautiful corners and views and also for its trekking routes through the woods to the sea. It is crossed by tiny streets which are not accessible to cars. The sea town of Lerici is at only 6 km whereas the World Heritage Sites of Portovenere and the Cinque Terre are, respectively, at 30 and 40 km. Excursions to the art cities of Lucca and Pisa are possible within an hour, being at 60 km. The nearest beach is right down the hill, and can be reached by a staircase of 1000 steps or otherwise more easily at next village at 3 km.
